With this investment Subsea 7 enters the shareholder base of AO&G, which, amongst others, already included HPE Growth Capital, Saudi Aramco, Evonik, Shell and Chevron. AO&G is a leading manufacturer of Thermoplastic Composite Pipe (TCP) for oil & gas applications.
