Pro Bono Collaborative for Refugees in the Netherlands

All asylum seekers in the Netherlands are appointed legal aid lawyers. The Dutch Council for Refugees provides additional legal support to asylum seekers and refugees. One of their services is preparing individual refugee story analyses to identify refugees' protection needs. This helps asylum seekers to better understand their procedure and support them and their legal aid lawyers in enforcing their rights. Lawyers from Stibbe have assisted pro bono to conduct these well-constructed and detailed flight story analyses.
