Matthijs Kuijpers joins Stibbe Amsterdam’s board
As of 1 January 2024, Hans Witteveen, Anna Collignon, Matthijs Kuijpers and Cécile Schobben form the new board of Stibbe Amsterdam. After a term of four years on the board, Michael Molenaars will return to fully focusing on advising Stibbe’s clients in the field of tax law.
Matthijs Kuijpers is a member of the board and partner in Stibbe’s Commercial Litigation practice group. He is a specialist in complex international arbitration and litigation. Matthijs represents clients in disputes concerning M&A, directors’ and officers’ liability, banking litigation, complex contractual disputes and mass damages claims. He has been with Stibbe since 2009.
Hans Witteveen will continue as managing partner and Anna Collignon as a member of the board. They joined the board in 2022. Hans is a partner in Stibbe’s Corporate / M&A practice. Anna is a partner in Stibbe’s Environment & Planning practice.
