Marieke Driessen new partner at Stibbe
Stibbe in Amsterdam is proud to welcome Marieke Driessen as a partner in its Financial Markets Group. With Marieke’s arrival, Stibbe’s Financial Markets practice in Amsterdam will grow to six partners as of January 1, 2021.
Marieke Driessen, who started her career as a lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, is currently partner in the Banking and Capital Markets practice at Simmons & Simmons. She specialises in financial transactions in capital markets, structured finance, banking and project finance. She also advises her clients on regulation and supervision in the financial sector. During her career, Marieke has worked in locations including New York, London, Rome and Milan. Marieke has been recognised in legal directories such as Chambers & Partners Global for her expertise in banking and capital markets.
