Marieke Driessen authors chapter on ESG in 'Sustainable Finance in Europe'
The book, entitled 'Sustainable Finance in Europe', brings together the views of expert academics and practitioners on the latest regulatory developments in sustainable finance in Europe. It includes cutting-edge issues which relate to three main themes: 1. corporate governance, 2. financial stability and 3. financial markets.
Marieke, partner in our Amsterdam office and specialized in banking, capital markets, structured finance and project finance, wrote the chapter 'Sustainable Finance: An Overview of ESG in the Financial Markets'. The chapter discusses amongst others sustainable finance disclosure and other requirements, green bonds and sustainability-linked loans.
Marieke has written many articles and regularly contributes to books on financial markets law and practice.
