Heleen Kersten nominated by Wolters Kluwer for appointment to Supervisory Board
We are pleased to announce that our partner Heleen Kersten has been nominated by Wolters Kluwer for appointment to its Supervisory Board. The nomination will be submitted to the Wolters Kluwer Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 21, 2022.
Heleen is partner in our Amsterdam office since 1997 and specializes in M&A, equity capital markets, corporate law and corporate governance. From 2008 to 2013 she held the position of Managing Partner.
Besides her work for Stibbe, she is Chairperson of the Dutch Red Cross, Vice-Chairperson of the supervisory board of the Rijksmuseum and member of the supervisory board of STMicroelectronics. She also holds positions as board member of the Foundation Concertgebouworkest and advisory board member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
