Nynke Brouwer was interviewed by Data, Cybersecurity & Privacy (DCSP) Magazine on her recently published book about cyber risks and cyber insurance.

In the past few years Nynke investigated the functioning of cyber insurance in the Dutch market to contribute to its further (legal) development. She wrote a book about it, which prompted DCSP to ask her six questions about cyber risks and cyber insurance.
Nynke: “In my view, insuring cyber risks is an important tool to compensate companies for damages, but also to make society in a broader sense a little safer. It is therefore important that cyber risks remain insurable.”
