Annual Competition Law Update 2020

The Update will kick off with an overview of the main developments in EU and Dutch competition law in 2019, followed by  an update on the main (mass) litigation cases, such as the follow-on damages procedures concerning trucks, air cargo, gas-insulated switch gear, and elevators and escalators. After these updates, we will take a deep dive into in-house competition law counselling. Through case studies presented by the in-house competition counsel from various companies, including Heineken, Nederlandse Spoorwegen and VodafoneZiggo, the ACM’s recent moves to actively enforce unfair trading practices rules will be further explored.
