He particularly focuses on real estate, private equity, and debt and venture capital funds within a domestic and cross-border context.
Théophile holds a master's degree in Law, Economy and Management with a specialisation in business law, commercial law and tax law. He also obtained a diploma of Corporate Legal Counsel (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise) from the University of Lorraine (2016). In addition, Théophile holds a certificate of specialisation in tax law from the University of Montpellier (2016).
Prior to joining Stibbe in 2019, he gained work experience at a leading independent business law firm in Luxembourg.
