Steven assists clients in cross-border and domestic financial transactions, including real estate, acquisition finance, and restructurings. He also advises clients on corporate finance, securitisations, capital markets transactions, and financial regulatory matters.

Steven holds a master’s degree in Economics, Law and Business Studies from KU Leuven (2013). He also obtained a master’s degree in Law from KU Leuven (2014).
He started his career at the Luxembourg office of Stibbe in 2014.
