Stéphanie advises both domestic and international clients on corporate deals, with a particular focus on public and private M&A and capital market (ECM) operations. She also possesses expertise in financial transactions, including project financing, acquisition financing, syndicated lending transactions, and restructuring transactions.

Stéphanie completed an international secondment at the London office of a prominent U.S. law firm in the second half of 2024, where she gained invaluable experience, mainly in cross-border restructuring matters.
She obtained a master’s degree in Law from Ghent University in 2017. Stéphanie also holds a specialised master’s degree in International Business Law and Management from ESCP Business School (2018), where she studied at both the London and Paris campuses, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Banking and Finance Law from the Queen Mary University of London. She also participated in the Creating Value through M&A and Venture Capital & Private Equity programmes of the Vlerick Business School.

Before joining the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2022, Stéphanie was a Corporate and M&A lawyer in the Brussels offices of two international law firms. Prior thereto, she also completed a six-month traineeship at the Luxembourg office of a magic circle firm.
