Quentin has a broad experience in EU law and Belgian and EU competition law.
Quentin has a broad experience in EU law and Belgian and EU competition law.
He advises clients on State aid, merger control, anti-competitive agreements (including cartel investigations), abuse of dominance, and abuse of economic dependence. Quentin also gained extensive experience as an antitrust litigator at both domestic and international levels. He assists clients in matters involving EU and competition proceedings before the EU and Belgian courts.
Quentin is the author of various publications on his areas of expertise and a regular guest speaker at seminars and conferences.
He graduated in Law from Université catholique de Louvain in 2011. Quentin also holds an LL.M. in competition law and economics from the Brussels School of Competition (2014) and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, New York (2016). He was a part-time teaching assistant in EU law at the Université Saint-Louis in Brussels from 2013 to 2015.
Before joining Stibbe in 2023, Quentin worked as an associate in competition law, litigation and arbitration at the Brussels office of a leading independent law firm for 11 years.
