Pieter-Jan assists financial institutions, companies and governments with Belgian and international financial transactions, particularly those relating to syndicated loans, takeover financing, restructurings, real estate financing, and project financing.
He graduated in law from KU Leuven in 2012 and obtained an additional master’s degree in corporate finance from that same university in 2015. Before joining Stibbe, Pieter-Jan worked as a banking and finance lawyer and as a company counsel at a multinational.
