Nicolas specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
He advises international clients on their business transactions and corporate law matters, including international restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, migrations, divestitures, joint ventures, and private equity transactions.
Nicolas obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a specialisation in international law from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, in 2016, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a specialisation in German law from the University of Passau, Germany, in 2017. He completed his third Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree focusing on European public law and governance at the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands, in 2018. He also completed the Complementary Course in Luxembourg Law (CCDL) at the University of Luxembourg in 2019. He was admitted to List I (Avocat à la Cour) of the Luxembourg Bar in November 2023.
Prior to joining the Luxembourg office of Stibbe in 2022, Nicolas gained professional experience in an EU institution and at an independent business law firm in Luxembourg.
