Mathilde is a lawyer in the EU and Competition Law practice group. She is involved in a wide range of competition law matters, including cartel investigations and abuse of dominance cases.

Her practice also includes advising on regulatory processes: providing support in both merger control and foreign direct investment (FDI) assessments and procedures. She advises both Dutch and international clients, including publicly listed and privately held companies. 

Mathilde obtained a master’s degree in European law (cum laude) from Utrecht University and is an active member of the Dutch Competition Law Association (VVM).
