Lucile specialises in advising clients on the structuring and regulatory aspects of Luxembourg alternative investment fund structures, with a particular focus on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and debt funds. She also advises international clients on regulatory matters.
Lucile holds a master’s degree in International and European Business Law from the University of Lorraine, France (2018). She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2019 and qualified for List I of the Luxembourg Bar (Avocat à la Cour) in October 2024.
Prior to joining Stibbe in 2021, she gained practical work experience at an independent business law firm in Luxembourg.
