Lucile specialises in advising clients on the structuring and regulatory aspects of Luxembourg alternative investment fund structures, with a particular focus on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and debt funds. She also advises international clients on regulatory matters.
Lucile holds a master’s degree in International and European Business Law from the University of Lorraine, France (2018). Prior to joining Stibbe in 2021, she gained practical work experience at an independent business law firm in Luxembourg.
