Her practice encompasses the negotiation, documentation, and execution of complex corporate deals, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Lila holds a master’s degree in Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles, Belgium (2016) and an advanced master’s degree in European Law from the Institute for European Studies of the Université libre de Bruxelles. She became a member of the Luxembourg Bar in 2021.
Prior to joining Stibbe in 2022, Lila gained expertise at a leading independent law firm in Luxembourg.
