Frederik advises and litigates on all aspects related to individual and collective employment law. His day-to-day practice mainly focuses on all aspects in regard to mergers and acquisitions, including transfer of undertakings. He also has a particular interest in legislation related to anti-discrimination, equal treatment and (individual and collective) dismissals.
Frederik obtained a master’s degree in Law with a focus on employment and social security law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2019. He participated in the Compensation and Benefits Management Programme at Vlerick Business School in 2023 and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management at EHSAL Management School. In addition, he is a member of the Employment Law Association (Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht) and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
Before joining the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2021, Frederik gained experience as a lawyer in a Belgian leading boutique law firm providing legal services in all areas regarding human resources.
