Frédéric advises clients on business transactions and corporate law matters, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and liquidations. He also advises on setting-up, day-to-day management and restructuring processes of corporate structures and entities.

Frédéric obtained a master’s degree in Law with a specialisation in European law from the University of Lorraine, France in 2008. He also completed the Complementary Course in Luxembourg Law (CCDL) at the University of Luxembourg in 2022 and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in that same year.
Prior to joining Stibbe in 2022, Frédéric gained substantial expertise while working in the corporate departments of a prominent Financial Sector Professionals firm in Luxembourg. His work primarily involved private wealth, private equity, real estate, and funds structures, with a dedicated focus on the US, European, and Asian markets. Frédéric also served as a director/manager on the boards of various Luxembourg-based entities.
