Elske advises on all aspects of EU and competition law. She represents clients before the Dutch and EU competition authorities and courts, in cartel investigations, abuse of dominance litigation, complex cross-border merger control and foreign direct investment cases.

Elske has in-depth experience in telecommunications, media, FMCG and energy and is part of Stibbe’s sustainability / ESG focus group.
She is based in Amsterdam and has worked in Brussels and Hong Kong. She has a master’s degree in European Law (2007) from the University of Maastricht and regularly lectures on competition law.
Elske has written numerous articles and case commentaries on competition law in BJU magazines and Markt & Mededinging, among others.
