Her experience includes initial public offerings, SPAC listings and de-SPAC transactions, rights issues and secondary offerings. She also advises a broad spectrum of listed clients on their corporate and regulatory legal matters, as well as clients that wish to obtain a listing.
Eline obtained a master’s degree in Corporate Law from the University of Leiden in 2020, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy of Political Science from the University of Groningen in 2018.
