David works as a lawyer at Stibbe’s London office, specialising in Dutch domestic and international taxation with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisations and capital markets transactions (debt and equity).
David works as a lawyer at Stibbe’s London office, specialising in Dutch domestic and international taxation with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisations and capital markets transactions (debt and equity).
He is also a member of Stibbe's investment management group and in that capacity focuses on the tax aspects of fund structuring, in particular for the private equity industry.
David obtained a master’s degree (cum laude) in International and European Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam in 2016 and was admitted to the Dutch Bar in January 2017.
