Charlotte has extensive experience in a wide range of employment law matters covering complex employment disputes, executive remuneration, foreign employees, industrial relations, and restructurings including transfers of undertaking and collective dismissals. Charlotte regularly pleads before the Labour Tribunal and the Labour Court with respect to all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
She obtained a master’s degree in Law from the Université catholique de Louvain in 2012. She also holds a master’s degree in International and European Law from the University of Geneva (2013). In 2014, Charlotte participated in the Blue Book Traineeship organised by the European Commission and was an intern in the Directorate General ECHO (European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations).
Charlotte joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2014.
