Benjaming combines hands-on litigation experience before the courts with a deep understanding of his clients' markets.

He advises on regulations and litigation with regard to administrative law matters, including public procurement, town and country planning, competition, telecom, public contracts, tax litigation, and public service employment.

Benjamin is a member of the redaction committee of the Luxembourg Journal of Public Law (RLDP) and the author of a number of articles relating to administrative law and civil law matters. He has also been in charge of writing the Luxembourg chapters of The Government Procurement Review periodical over the last few years. He is also a member of the boards of directors of two professional associations: the Luxembourg Association for the Study of Competition Law (ALEDC) and the Luxembourg Association for Environmental Law (ALDE). 

Benjamin holds a master’s degree in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium (2004). He also obtained a certificate of completion for additional courses on Luxembourg law (CCDL) from the University of Luxembourg (2005). Furthermore, he worked as a scientific researcher in IP/IT/TMT matters at the CRIDS (Research Center on Informatics, Law and Society) of the University of Namur from 2005 to 2008.

Prior to joining Stibbe in 2018, Benjamin gained experience since 2005 in two other reputable Luxembourg law firms active in civil, commercial and administrative litigation.
