Alexandra specialises in general corporate matters, corporate restructurings, and private equity structures.
She advises both domestic and international clients, with a particular focus on companies in the private equity and real estate sectors. Her expertise lies in structuring complex international transactions, corporate finance, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Alexandra is particularly skilled in structuring international transactions and the reorganisation and set-up of company structures and joint ventures.
She holds a master’s degree in Business Law from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II) (2012) and a master’s degree in Anglo-American Business Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris I), France (2013). In 2014, she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, California (2014).
Before joining Stibbe in 2024, Alexandra gained substantial M&A experience at the Luxembourg office of a leading international law firm.
