Her expertise is centered on structuring international transactions and establishing joint ventures in the private capital sector. She also brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions within the Luxembourg market.
Aisling holds a dual qualification in common law from the University College Dublin, Ireland (2013), and French law from the Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, France (2013). She obtained a master's degree from the College of Europe, Belgium (2014). She is a member of the Governance Desk of the Luxembourg Institute of Governance. She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2016 and qualified as Avocat à la Cour (List I) in 2020.
Prior to joining Stibbe in 2024, Aisling gained substantial M&A experience at the Luxembourg office of a leading international law firm.
