Tim is a leading complex commercial litigation practitioner with extensive experience in a wide range of areas, including contractual and tort disputes, professional liability, corporate litigation and directors' fraud, in particular the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards and principal cases concerning legal privilege in the Netherlands. He also has extensive experience in both first-instance and appeal litigation.
