His specialisms include economic administrative law, state aid law, government liability, general European law and fundamental human rights. Ali hold a master’s in constitutional and administrative law from Leiden University (2012).
He is also a PhD candidate at Leiden University focusing on state aid and services of general economic interests and regularly publishes articles in renowned magazines in his areas of expertise.
